By accessing or using ChallengeForge ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
2. In-Person Events
When you create an in-person event challenge on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for organizing, hosting, and running the physical event.
- The Platform is not responsible for venue coordination, participant safety, or event execution.
- You will comply with all applicable laws, including permits and insurance requirements for your event.
- You accept full liability for any incidents arising from the in-person event.
3. Skill-Based Competitions
All challenges on ChallengeForge must be skill-based. Winners are selected based on merit, creativity, and adherence to published rules. Random selection is prohibited.
4. Fees and Payouts
Entry fees, prize pools, and platform fees are disclosed at the time of challenge creation. Payouts are processed according to the platform's payout schedule and policies.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use the Platform in a lawful and respectful manner. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, harassment, and violation of intellectual property rights.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChallengeForge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or participation in challenges, including in-person events.
