1. What You're Doing
You invite creators, streamers, coaches, communities, and operators to host challenges on ChallengeForge. When they run successful paid challenges, you earn from ChallengeForge's platform fee.

3. How to Bring Hosts In
- Share your recruiter link
- DM creators with a clear offer
- Show them how challenges help them monetize attention
- Push them to create their first paid challenge
- Follow up until their first challenge launches
4. Pay Structure
- ChallengeForge platform fee = 25%
- Recruiter earns 50% of the platform fee
- That equals 12.5% of eligible challenge revenue
- Recruiters earn on the first 10 successful challenges per referred host
- Host earnings are not reduced
5. Payouts
- Earnings become eligible after a referred host runs a successful paid challenge
- Refunds, disputes, fake activity, or rule violations may delay or disqualify commission
- Payout timing depends on platform payout review and Stripe/connected payout setup
6. Rules
- No self-referrals
- No fake hosts
- No spam challenges
- No misleading claims
- Recruit good hosts who can actually bring participants
